Kelly Smith Borgert is a Property Manager for The Beall Corporation on the island of Kaua‘i. Raised in California in a family of builders, Kelly has continued the legacy of her father and brothers by pursuing a career in construction, facilities, and project management.

While completing her degree and managing a family-built storage facility in California, Kelly met her husband, Robert. After graduating, the couple relocated to Robert’s home island of Kauai, where Kelly used her extensive knowledge of the trades to fully renovate their fifth-generation home in Hanamaulu—all while raising their four children.

Kelly’s passion lies in project management and care, home remodels, commercial build-outs, and renovations. Her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to follow-through ensure that projects are completed efficiently, meeting her clients’ goals. In her new role as Property Manager, Kelly is excited to continue expanding her expertise and leadership in the property management industry with The Beall Corporation.
