Chase Tavernier is Vice President of Asset Management at The Beall Corporation, responsible for the performance and operations of the company’s multi-island portfolio of 30 properties totaling more than half a million square feet under management.

The portfolio includes Coconut Marketplace, Poipu Shopping Village, Old Kōloa Town and Hilton Hawaiian Village. Since joining TBC in 2024, Chase has been instrumental in integrating the technology and processes that have supported the portfolio’s growth.

A Southern California native, he comes from a family with decades of experience in real estate and retail across the West Coast. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Chase is active in the community, coaching youth sports and supporting local initiatives.
