Roger Lyons is a recognized leader in the retail brokerage and consulting industry. Examples of his work with retailers, developers and investors include multiple market transactions for national tenants, pre-leasing for new development projects, and hotel consulting. Since 1999, Roger has focused on representation of national branded retailers in the Hawaiʻi market.

Roger is a sixth-generation local resident of Hawai‘i and is active in the Hawai‘i business and civic community. This gives him a unique perspective to counsel clients nationwide with respect to the continuous changes in the retail industry and their direct application to the Hawaiʻi real estate market. He is a frequent participant at real estate conferences and seminars throughout the country.

For 30 years, Roger was a leading broker at CBRE, Inc. He was a perennial top producer, and the recipient of the prestigious CBRE National Larry Perrish Award for his true spirit of dedication, expertise, and cooperation as a member of their Retail Services business line. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Hawaiʻi and currently resides in Honolulu.
