Darren Lake joined The Beall Corporation in 2012 as a leasing broker and is now a Principal in the company. He leads the investment sales team with his wealth of experience in real estate brokerage, development and finance. Before joining The Beall Corporation, Darren served as Director of Finance & Investments for The Resort Group, where he sourced and analyzed investment opportunities within Hawaiʻi, the Caribbean and the Mainland US. Prior to this, as a Project Manager at A&B Properties, Inc., Darren oversaw the planning and entitlements for two planned large-scale, mixed-use projects.

Leveraging his retail market and finance backgrounds, Darren has shifted his focus from resort market retail leasing to investments sales. Darren most recently represented Waikoloa Land Company in the disposition of Queens’ Marketplace. The $90 million transaction was one of the largest Hawaii commercial property deals in 2019.
