Dan has resided on the Island of Kauaʻi for more than 21 years. During that time, he has been involved in the management and leasing of the Dragon building in Kapaʻa, Princeville Center, Coconut Marketplace, Waipouli Town Center and Anchor Cove. He brings over 30 years of real estate management and leasing experience to The Beall Corporation.

After graduating from Denver University in 1988, he started a management/leasing company in Boulder, Colorado which managed 300 residential units and 100,000 SF of commercial space, including all the City of Boulder properties.

After selling the business in 2001, he moved to Kauaʻi. Besides management and leasing, Dan has built several homes including five on Kauaʻi and was project manager for the Princeville Center remodel that took place in 2007.
