Cory Beall serves as President of The Beall Corporation. Cory started his career in 1992 at Chaney, Brooks & Company in property management and then at CB Commercial Hawaii in sales and leasing. Over the years Cory has developed a wealth of experience in retail project leasing and management, including on such projects as Outrigger Beachwalk, Shops at Mauna Lani, Queens’ Marketplace, Coconut Marketplace, Ko Olina Station and Princeville Center. Cory oversees all day-to-day operations of The Beall Corporation, including corporate management, project management, client relations and new business development. Cory brings to the team valuable organizational, communication, financial analysis and solution creating skills.
