Chris Yaris is a Senior Vice President within The Beall Corporation’s Retail Services Division. His primary focus is high street retail in Waikiki and resort retail markets throughout the state of Hawaiʻi representing both Landlords and Tenants. With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Chris has completed a wide variety of assignments and was just awarded ‘Top Producer’ for 2022.

Chris has successfully led The Beall Corporation’s leasing campaign at Ko Olina Station and Center, T Galleria by DFS, Haleiwa Plantation Shops, Coconut Marketplace, Waikiki Resort Hotel, Foster Tower, North Shore Village, Wahiawa Town & Shopping Center, Waipouli Town Center, Waimea Plantation Cottages, Waikiki Pavilion, ABC Marketplace, 2902 East Manoa and McCully’s Corner and is part of the leasing team for 280 Beachwalk, Waikiki Beach Walk, Queens’ Marketplace, ʻAlohilani Resort, Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel, Park Shore Hotel, The Pearl Waikiki, The Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki, The Ambassador Hotel, Center of Waikiki and Ilikai Marina.

Chris works closely with clients to develop well-thought-out and effective real estate strategies and is able to execute due to his market knowledge and relationships. He excels at out-of-the-box thinking, creative problem solving, and can adjust on the fly to the ever-changing market. Chris joined The Beall Corporation in 2010 after starting his real estate career in 2007 with Integra Realty Resources as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst.
